Market layout
The company has deeply cultivated key regional markets in East China and South China, establishing close-knit partnerships for expansion in these priority areas. Following a “region + industry” strategy, we have clearly defined business focus areas for our key expansion regions and are concentrating our limited resources to maximize value creation.
Production Capacity Layout
The company has established dual north-south bases in Ningxiang, Hunan Province, and Ordos, Inner Mongolia, creating a collaborative development model characterized by “front-end market leadership supported by back-end R&D and manufacturing.” Specifically, the northern base, located in Inner Mongolia, leverages the region’s well-established industrial chain infrastructure to focus on product technology iteration, capacity expansion, and strengthening supply-chain resilience. Meanwhile, the southern base, rooted in Hunan Province, concentrates on pioneering cutting-edge market opportunities and providing deep, customized customer services, enabling rapid response and precise alignment with leading customers. Through the synergy between the northern and southern bases, the company has further refined its end-to-end solutions—from raw materials all the way to diversified negative-electrode materials. Looking ahead, the company will continue to deepen its full-industry-chain layout, seamlessly integrating raw materials, auxiliary materials, and customized products across the entire value chain, enhancing industrial synergy, and laying a solid foundation for building a world-class carbon materials enterprise.
